Qibla Renovation at Chicago's Masjid

After thanking God for the countless bounties showered up on us, the Dawoodi Bohras of Chicagoland, a vibrant community of over 1,000 members, are embarking on a sacred journey to enhance the spiritual heart of their mosque - the Qibla. Situated in the peaceful suburb of Willowbrook, Illinois, our Masjid has been a beacon of faith and unity for over 20 years. Our community's roots in Chicagoland trace back to the 1950s, beginning with a handful of young students and flourishing into a diverse tapestry of Dawoodi Bohras from various corners of the world, including India, Pakistan, Africa, and Europe. United by our commitment to peace, unity, and the teachings of His Holiness Dr. Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin TUS, we actively engage in addressing hunger and social issues, echoing our spiritual values in the broader society.

Project Vision: The Masjid Qibla, a focal point of devotion and prayer, is set for a transformative enhancement. This project aims to infuse the Qibla with elegance and serenity, reflective of our community's spiritual aspirations. Key enhancements include:

1. Marble Beautification: The introduction of exquisite marble across the Qibla area, bringing a refreshed look and feel.
2. Intricate Designs: Incorporating new artistic designs that resonate with our rich Islamic heritage and culture.
3. Overall Aesthetic Enhancement: Elevating the ambiance of the Qibla to complement the recently constructed Madressa building, fostering a harmonious spiritual environment.
