We will offer 3-hour shifts, 3 times a week, where our dedicated caregivers will assist seniors with daily tasks, including:

- Meal preparation to ensure they receive nutritious and balanced meals.

- Light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe living environment.

- Assistance with laundry and making beds, as many seniors struggle with these tasks due to physical limitations.

2. Personal Health Care Services

Our program will include personal health care services three times a week, featuring:

- Mobility exercises led by Nancy, our Certified Active Aging Specialist, to promote physical health and prevent mobility issues.

- Personal hygiene assistance to ensure seniors feel comfortable and dignified.

- Medication reminders and help with managing prescriptions, keeping seniors on track with their health.

3. Social Engagement and Wellness Activities

We understand the importance of social interaction and mental well-being for seniors. We will provide:

- Weekly social gatherings or virtual meet-ups to combat loneliness and encourage connections among seniors.

- Craft and hobby sessions to stimulate creativity and provide enjoyable activities tailored to their interests.

- Access to educational workshops on topics such as nutrition, wellness, and technology, helping seniors stay informed and engaged.

The duration of these services will depend on the funds we raise, but our goal is to support qualifying seniors for at least three months at a time. This initiative offers physical assistance and fosters a sense of community and belonging among our elderly population.
