- Weeks 1-6: Speak with client's team members to identify key business questions and understand what data is being captured internally. Go through internal data and followup to clarify assumptions and obtain any additional data required.
- Weeks 5-6: Present initial findings on answers to key business questions leveraging available data. Obtain feedback and adjust research accordingly.
- Weeks 7-12: Continue researching internal data to answer key business questions and identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Weeks 11-12: Present final research on answers to key business issues and performance improvement opportunities. Identify 5-10 types of research that client's team can continue running on their own to answer key business questions.
- Weeks 13-16+: Put together a set of pre-existing PanXpan online modules, and identify any new modules needing to be developed, which allow client's team members to run research themselves moving forward. Build any additional integration required to easily pull data from client's internal databases or 3rd party systems into PanXpan. Train team members on the 5-10 modules identified for ongoing use.
